POLICY

In order to keep prices as low as possible, we ship in USPS Flat Rate boxes only. 

We use the small box for less than 500 bullets and medium Flat Rate for all orders over 500 bullets. 

Medium box: 4000 pieces of 100 grain bullets, 3000 pieces of 125/130 grains, 2000 pieces of 157 grains, 2000 pieces of 200 grains, and 1600 pieces of 230's. You can mix and match, just contact us before ordering and we can guide you as to what will fit into one box. 

Shipping prices are $10 USD for a small flat rate and $20 USD for a medium flat rate.

REFUND

Refund of your purchase price for any defective item manufactured or an item mistakenly sent will be promptly made upon your request. In such occurrences, please inform us by email. 

Goods damaged in transit are beyond our control. We are just short of experts at packing and securing our heavy boxes, but on occasion, despite our best efforts, damage from shipping does occur. In this case, you will need to file a claim with the USPS. Prior to doing so, you may need to contact us first. If not considered as a total loss of the goods, then leave room for us the right to replace, as the damages could be just minor ones that can be incurred during shipment, and to save the bother of claiming and working out a fair resolution for both of us. Our goal is to keep our customers happy.
